The problem is there with it’s Solution

Dear Diary,

There are times in my life when the most idiotic problem would have the simplest solution.

Like a child refusing to take medicine to recover from sickness, my mind acts like a child, refusing to take her medication, not wanting to recover from the illness.

A Natural Mood Booster

Feeling down or lacking the energy to do anything often relates to how much you exercise. It doesn’t have to be a complete 1-hour gym workout; however, simple 30-minute activities each day can release endorphins in your body, which help to relieve pain and reduce stress.

The Joy of Practicing Art

Moreover, practicing art, for me, would be singing. It brings me fulfillment and joy. I don’t compare it with work but see it as something that feels like meditation. Art is never meant to feel like something you need to achieve; rather, it is a way of existing. It is like telling the whole universe that you exist as you, and you are like nobody else.

Managing Lethargy

Next is the feeling of lethargy that persists throughout the whole day. Even if I sleep for 8 hours, sometimes I consume too much sugar, which makes me sleepy for the rest of the day, except at night. Consequently, I feel like an owl.

The Importance of Getting Out

In addition, staying in the same place for hours can make me feel anxious or bored. Getting out of the house or even feeling the fresh air can make me feel refreshed and rejuvenated for the next couple of hours.

The Need for a Proper Sleep Schedule

Lastly, and the least followed rule by me, is going to bed at the right time. 2 a.m. isn’t the time for anyone to go to bed. The more I stay on my phone, avoiding sleep, the more my anxiety creeps in, making it much harder for me to sleep. This, in turn, makes it harder for me to set a schedule that I can follow the next day.

Simple Solutions

In conclusion, all of this advice seems pretty simple and subtle compared to our terrifying problems, but we forget that we are living, breathing human beings and are much more than our problems. Therefore, your human body requires human solutions, not the creative ones you are concocting in your head.
